Happy Saturday!! Hope you all are having a wonderful first day to your weekend. Ninja and I have some big plans today, so this is going to be short and sweet!
First off, I wanted to share my crazy workout from the other day. Remember my super random workout from last week? Same idea here, just different moves!
Kettlebell Leg Torcher
- Goblet Squat – 12
- 1 leg kettlebell deadlift – 10 each
- Clean, squat and press – 10 each side
- 1 leg hip thrust (on bosu) – 10 each side
- 2 hand kettlebell swing
- Jump squat
- Alternating kettlebell swing
Finish with off with this soccer ball circuit! NOTE: You DON’T have to be a soccer player to do these moves. Very simple and standard moves that work everything!
Soccer Ball Circuit
Pushups (1 arm on soccer ball, alternate each pushup) – 10
Bells – 30 seconds
Toe taps – 30 seconds
Sit-ups (bring ball behind your head, lift with your ABS, as you pull ball completely over to your feet) – 20
I ended mine with some dribbling work inside the house. I like to practice in tight areas to work on my ball skills/control, so I focus on keeping the ball inside the carpet area!
That ball brings me so much stinkin’ joy. I could kick that thing around all day!
