I used to read that verse over and over again when I moved from Florida to Ohio, to remind me He'd be with me WHEREEVER I went (i.e., whatever state I lived in haha). Love that verse!

Haha. Oh Jax... what a ham! But anyways... this post left me grinning from ear to ear  I swear I'm gonna hop on the next flight to LA and give you a huge hug for being so freaking amazing (and it's even more tempting because the weather here has me shaking in my booties). I think turning to God for strength and comfort is one of the best ways to get back into the right frame of mind, and I love that you brought up Joshua 1:9 because that was one of my favorite verses to turn to whenever I found myself really struggling with the demons in my head. Bumps are inevitable, and I think that overcoming them shows us that triumphs are as well :)

I love Joshua 1:9 too. It really helps me on those days where I just don't know what to do, but then He reminds me I don't need to be afraid: He is there and will help me through it. I am so grateful for His constant support in my life.

(Your breakfast looks delicious btw!):)

Such an answer to prayer to hear you we're encouraged after the other day! I was praying for you, Kat. Love that low impact quickie workout, looks intense! Maybe even postpartum do-able? Yay! I don't know that I have ever been in the Word, one-on-one with Jesus, for hours at a time - it seems like it would be so lovely. That's awesome that your little man slept such a long time so you could have that free time!

Have a beautiful weekend!
