These cookies look so yummy, Kat- I love cookies with a fudgy consistency! We usually do a Thanksgiving-like meal on Christmas day so turkey, brussels sprouts, cranberry sauce and yule log all remind me of Christmas!

Ooo fudge… delicious I actually think one of the reasons I won’t make pancakes is because they remind me of my grandma, and no one can make them like her. I only got to visit her a few times in Poland, but one of the things I remember the most is waking up every morning to fresh buttermilk pancakes that were sprinkled with icing sugar. She would get up early every morning and bike to the local store to pick up fresh ingredients, so they tasted all that much better. Miss her.

ahhh it is so heartbreaking that this happened to those families, let alone right before Christmas! But the craaaaaazy thing is that the Lord IS somehow turning them to prayer, and I think that’s probably the only amazing thing. But yes, our prayers are with them

And Greg looooooves his gramma’s banana split cake! I have the recipe and used to make it for him often, but haven’t in like, almost 1.5 years! Gotta change that soon
