Happy WIAW! I had a rather rough beginning to this week, so let me just say how happy I am that we are getting over the hump today. I will be much happier when Friday hits!  My eats haven’t been too exciting lately, but I have been getting in to the holiday mood, so expect to see those holiday flavors popping up on the blog soon! It’s Hump Day! This whole having Monday off thing really has me thrown a bit, but man am I glad we are half way through this week.  It also means, it’s time to get your party face on!  I followed Jenn’s advice this week, and made sure that I vegged it up for WIAW Breakfast #1 was actually just pre-workout fuel.  I don’t know how some people get up and workout without eating first. Happy Friday!! I am beyond excited today is Friday, but more on that later Breakfast this morning was an old favorite.  This recipe makes SO much, it fills me for hours! WIAW Already?

Hey guys!!  Having Monday off means this week is seriously flying by. I have to keep checking my phone to remind myself what day it is! Today is pretty easy to remember though, since its WIAW! I started my morning with a repeat of breakfast the other day whole wheat bagel with hummus, spinach and egg I don’t think I will ever get sick of these!
