Turkey Day Recap

Hey Hey I’m back!! Hope you all had a fabulous Turkey Day holiday. I’m looking forward to some blog catch up and some normal (for me) food!! As soon as we got home today I unpacked the car then jumped back in it to head to the store for some much needed produce. I really enjoyed my 3 days of holiday food, but I can feel my body kinda starting to hate me. Time to get back to the grind! Happy WIAW and day before eat-yourself-into-a-come day! Hope you guys are all geared up for Turkey Day. I have got one full day today, so let’s get this party started! I decided to channel my inner Amanda this week and try out a yogurt bowl or two. They were tasty, but not quite my thing in the winter. Prepping for the holidays.

Not too long ago, Holidays meant one thing: major food issues. I would stress so much about what was going to be on the table, how many days I'd have to go without a workout, and what excuses I would come up with when people would ask me about why I wasn’t eating like they were.
