And just in case you were wondering how I’m always so on top of these food holidays, it’s because I totally search food holidays each month to make sure that I don’t miss them. Clearly I love food – or I’m just super weird. I guess that can be up to you to decide!
Anyway, in honor of today’s glorious food holiday I couldn’t help myself from sharing some of my favorite peanut butter recipes that have been on the blog. Scanning through the recipe archives was a fun look back at some terrible food photography, however it also showed me just how many peanut butter recipes I actually have on this blog. Hint: It’s a lot!
Some of these recipes are from quite a bit ago while others [*cough* PB Apple Smoothie *cough*] have only been on the blog for a few weeks. Regardless each and every one of them is filled with peanut butter goodness! All of them are of course gluten-free, with a majority of them also being dairy-free or vegan.
